Its President’s Award history also includes 2013 and 2011.

Ownership Benefits That Go Beyond the Keys
A Published Lifetime Customer Commitment
For qualifying new Toyota purchases, Toyota of Katy advertises:
Complimentary lifetime powertrain warranty
Specified engine, transmission and drivetrain components under the applicable written contract, for as long as you own the vehicle—not Toyota factory or bumper-to-bumper coverage.
Service loaners
A lifetime service-loaner benefit while you own the vehicle. Advance reservations with a service appointment are required. Subject to availability; collision repairs are excluded.
Three-day return policy
Within three days of purchase, no more than 300 miles, and in the same condition as purchase.

TOK Offroad: For Those of Us Who Can’t Leave Well Enough Alone
An Actual Custom Toyota Program
Not every Toyota needs to stay exactly as it left the factory.
Through TOK Offroad, Toyota of Katy offers customized Toyota trucks and SUVs, with options to explore off-road accessories and personalized builds.
Eligible customization costs may be included in financing with approved credit, and the dealership advertises temporary transportation during qualifying custom builds.
As a Tundra owner myself, I’ll admit I have a soft spot for this one.

The Relationship Doesn’t End at Delivery
Service, Parts, Collision and Pre-Owned Benefits
Toyota of Katy has dedicated service, parts and collision departments, including Toyota-trained service technicians and Genuine Toyota parts.
There’s also a separate pre-owned ownership-benefits program.
Three-month/3,000-mile powertrain warranty
Advertised for eligible pre-owned Toyota and Lexus models. This is not lifetime powertrain coverage.
